Chocolate Farm Tour at Finca Kobo

Are you a chocolate lover? Would you love to see how chocolate is grown and processed? The tour at Finca Kobo is a must for you! Finca Kobo is a chocolate farm located 17 kilometers north of Puerto Jimenez in the village of Palo Seco. The farm grows cacao and other native fruit, and the tour focuses on their methods of growth and production of their natural, earthy and delicious chocolate. The tour will take guests from the flower on the cacao plant all the way to the finished chocolate on the table (which guests get the delightful chance to taste!). The ride to and from the farm is about 1.25 hours each way (from Bosque). Please bring shoes that you can hike in, water and wear sunscreen and insect repellant. The tour runs twice daily (9am-11am or 2pm-4pm)
